  • Each item is handmade by Caius at his workshop in Glasgow.

Prices

The price on the website at the time of purchasing is to be paid before the item is dispatched. All prices displayed are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Orders placed via the website go through a third party to ensure data protection. If you would like to order and pay via cheque or over the phone, contact - caiusbearderdesign@gmail.com

Postage

​UK Orders - Delivery is £5 with free delivery for all orders over £150.

​International- £10

​UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery.  International orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Airsure, or International Signed For.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Caius reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 4 days, but Caius will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible regarding any delays.

If an item is not in stock or is listed as made to order, Caius will be in touch to inform on timeframes for postage and delivery. If an order is required by a specific date, please contact Caius directly before ordering - caiusbearderdesign@gmail.com

Commissions

If you are wanting to commission a unique piece, please contact Caius directly to discuss design and pricing. After a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required for all commissions in order for the making process to start and then the balance will be paid upon finishing the making, before the client receives the piece. If you decide to not follow the commission through, then the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. Bespoke commissions or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing fault. Please note that each commission will have a unique timeframe, which Caius will inform you of during the design phase. Please email directly if you have any concerns - caiusbearderdesign@gmail.com

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of ordering. Please email caiusbearderdesign@gmail.com if you would like to make a cancellation.

Returns.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return the item within 7 working days of receiving it. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Any initial postage costs will not be refunded and the return order is at the cost of the customer. The item must be in its original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was received in, unworn, unused and undamaged. Returns are at the risk of the customer, if the item is not received, the refund cannot be processed.  Commissioned items are non-returnable.

Although all photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible, variations can occur between pieces, especially in pieces featuring organic engraved textures. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
